Zoe is getting closer and closer to walking. She often stands while inspecting a toy and doesn't notice that she's standing. She likes to push her blue hippo walker around the living room, and sometimes I think her mind wants to throw her body into a full run, but her feet just don't know how to keep up. She's a Busy Bee! =)

Aaron is enjoying a walk around the living room in KK's shoes. He insisted on calling KK several times today to wish her a Happy Birthday! He takes that job very seriously. =)

Been A Little Busy Lately

I found Aaron riding his horse while yelling "Yeehaw!" and books and clothes were everywhere. That was during so-called naptime. It's now a proven fact that Aaron can climb over the kid corral. Needless to say, a kid corral is no longer neccessary and has been removed. It was really hard for me not to laugh when I opened the door and saw this. It's great to be two!


I promise I don't drug my kids...well, maybe Zoe. Every night she chugs milk till she passes out and lets the milk dribble down her cheek. This is what she looks like just before I lay her in her crib each night. Then, she just rolls over and goes to sleep.


We've kind of put potty training on hold for now, but he sure does like his little potty.

Just the Two of Us

Brian and I had a coupon for a free 8 x 10 at The Picture People so one of the things we did on datenight this week was get our pictures done as a couple. No kids squirming and crying in the background made for a lovely experience! Here are some proofs. "Couple Pictures" may not happen again for a very long time, so we thought we should go ahead while we had the chance! =)

Zoe got her 9 month pictures done yesterday. The session could not have gone any smoother and she did whatever they wanted her to do...all smiles included!
